WoodSpring Suites Kansas City Airport Rooms

Sean at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was in great shape, the facilities were excellent, and the area/parking felt very safe.

It was spacious and a great size! The kitchen area was a great addition — we were able to store food in the fridge, which is super helpful when traveling with kids. Other than the noise issues, our stay would’ve been much better.

super clean (our bathroom did have some trash still in the trash can but not a lot), friendly staff. you could hear through the walls in some instances but other guests were respectful. ac worked super well

Staff was really nice. Place was clean forthe most part. Our room had a tissue stuck to the wall, we brought it up to the front desk, they were apologetic and appreciative. We weren't upset. Rest if the room was nice

Staff very good. When from was not ready, was moved to another room. When other room was too noisy, was moved to a less noisy room. Staff tries their best to accommodate or issue. Mat need to have blackout curtains to get street lights blocked out better.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We arrived before check-in and they had a room waiting for us. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The room had a kitchenette in it. It was very quite. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The man that worked last night I told him internet was down he tried said oh well . It was 62nd birthday . Carter was the rudest man I've met in all my life he said try to get your $ back il tell them no Now get out my face. Or check out! I went up got my stuff and left i was there 2 hrs . Im appalled I want my $ back had to get another hotel. 913 448 3671. Worst experience ever in 62yr

First of all, I like the staffs. Everyone at the hotel was really nice, friendly and always helpful. I felt safe staying there. I would go back again if I am in need a place to stay
